Ever since I was a little kid, there were two main things that described me – I was sensitive and had an unnatural obsession for creating things. Whether it would be sketching my favourite cartoon character or sculpting a dragon from my childhood storybook, I always loved to create.  

Nowadays, I’ve learnt to harness both traits and unite the two in the form of User-centered design. I utilise my natural sensitivity as an asset in understanding and empathising with the user’s needs and pain points. I then use my need to create to craft designs solutions that specifically addresses the user. I believe that user experience, when done right, can enhance and even change lives for the better.  

When I’m not indulging in the design world, you can find me obsessing over my tiny fluffball Mochi, enjoying a nice bowl of pho or singing my lungs out during karaoke night.
